Question #1: How long will it take to receive my order?

Handling time (production + packing): 1-2 business days (Mon–Fri)
Transit time: 3-5 business days (Mon–Fri)
Estimated delivery time: 4–7 business days

Question #2: Do you offer free shipping?
Answer: Yes, we offer free shipping on order value over $49.00, shipping cost for orders under $49.00 is $5.95.
Some destinations (e.g., AK/HI, U.S. territories, APO/FPO) or expedited shipping (if offered) may have additional fees.

Answer: If your order arrives with a print defect, damage, or you received the wrong item (wrong design/size/color/product), we’ll make it right. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include your order number plus photos of the issue and packaging (if applicable).
If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Question #5: Can I cancel my order after it's placed?
Answer: Yes, we offer a 24-hour cancellation window for most orders. To cancel within this timeframe, please contact our support team as soon as possible.
Because POD orders often enter production quickly, cancellation may not be possible once production has started.
Question #6: What is your return policy?
Answer: We offer a clear return process for eligible items. In general, items may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, unworn, and unwashed.

Answer: Once we receive and inspect your returned item (if a return shipment is required), your refund will be processed. Refunds typically appear on your original payment method within up to 7 business days after we issue the refund (timing depends on your bank/payment provider).
