Overview

This website is operated by VetGears (“we,” “us,” “our”), a veteran apparel store based in Greenwood, Indiana. We sell print-on-demand (POD) products – apparel and accessories that are custom-produced for each order. By visiting vetgears.com or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use this site. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes your acceptance.

Section 1 – Eligibility

By using this site, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old, or have parental consent to use the site.
You are legally authorized to enter into binding contracts under applicable law.
You will not use the site for any unlawful purpose.

Section 2 – Print-on-Demand (POD) Model

VetGears operates exclusively on a print-on-demand basis. This means:

Every product is made specifically for your order after you place it. We do not maintain pre-printed inventory.
Production takes 1-2 business days before your order ships. This is in addition to transit time.
Because each item is produced on demand, orders enter production quickly. You may cancel your order only within 10 hours of placement, before production begins. After production starts, cancellation is not possible.
Slight color variations between the on-screen product image and the printed item are possible due to monitor calibration and the nature of dye-sublimation printing. This is not a defect.

Important: By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the POD production model, including the production timeframe and cancellation window described above.

Section 3 – Personalized & Custom Orders

Many VetGears products allow you to enter a custom name or personalization detail. Because these items are made specifically for you:

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of any text, name, or custom information you submit at checkout.
VetGears will print exactly what you enter. We do not correct spelling, grammar, capitalization, or punctuation.
Personalized orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable if the information you provided was entered correctly and the item was produced as submitted.
If we make an error – meaning the printed item does not match what you submitted – we will reprint or refund at no cost to you. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the item.

Double-check your custom text before completing checkout. Once your order enters production, changes cannot be made.

Section 4 – Product Imagery & Military References

VetGears products feature patriotic and military-themed graphic art created to honor U.S. veterans and service members. Regarding the imagery used:

VetGears is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially licensed by any branch of the U.S. Armed Forces, the Department of Defense, or any U.S. government agency.
Military branch names, mottos, and general insignia-style artwork used on products are rendered as commemorative graphic art and are intended for personal, non-commercial expression of pride in military service.
We make no claim of official affiliation. Product designs are sold as tribute and memorial items to the veteran community.
If you believe any specific design infringes on your intellectual property rights, contact us at [email protected] and we will review your claim promptly.

Section 5 – Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD).

Prices are subject to change without notice.
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods shown at checkout.
You agree to provide accurate billing information. We reserve the right to cancel orders where fraud is suspected.
Promotional codes and discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
Free shipping applies to orders over $49. Orders under $49 are charged a flat $5.95 shipping fee.

Section 6 – Shipping

VetGears ships within the United States. For full details, refer to our Shipping Policy at vetgears.com/shipping-policy. Key points:

Estimated delivery: 4-7 business days (1-2 days Handling time + 3-5 days Transit time).
You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. We are not liable for packages lost or returned due to an incorrect address.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees will apply.

Section 7 – Returns & Refunds

For full details, refer to our Refund Policy at vetgears.com/refund-returns-policy. Summary:

Defective or damaged items: Contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos. We will reprint or refund.
Wrong item received: Contact us within 30 days. We will correct the order at no cost.
Personalized items: Non-refundable if produced as submitted.
Change of mind: We do not accept returns for change of mind on POD personalized items.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable except where we made an error.

Section 8 – Intellectual Property

All original graphic designs, brand assets, website content, and copy on vetgears.com are the property of VetGears. You may not:

Reproduce, copy, resell, or redistribute any content from this site without written permission.
Use VetGears branding, logos, or product images for commercial purposes without authorization.

Third-party marks, logos, and branch insignia referenced on products are used for commemorative purposes only. VetGears does not claim ownership over those marks.

Section 9 – User Conduct

When using this site, you agree not to:

Use the site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
Transmit malicious code, viruses, or disruptive software.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its systems.
Scrape, harvest, or copy data from the site without permission.
Submit false reviews, fraudulent orders, or misleading information.

We reserve the right to terminate access for any user who violates these conditions.

Section 10 – Third-Party Services

VetGears uses third-party services to operate the store, including payment processors, fulfillment partners, and shipping carriers. We are not responsible for the policies or actions of these third parties. Links to external websites are provided for convenience only – we do not endorse or assume responsibility for third-party content.

Section 11 – Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

VetGears provides this site and its products “as is.” We do not warrant that:

The site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of security vulnerabilities.
Product descriptions, colors, or images will be 100% accurate on all displays.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VetGears and its principals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim related to a specific order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

Section 12 – Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VetGears, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages – including legal fees – arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site.

Section 13 – Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Johnson County, Indiana, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Section 14 – Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be available at vetgears.com/terms-conditions. Your continued use of the site after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
