At Vetgears, we’re committed to providing a reliable shopping experience with clear and straightforward shipping policies. Because our products are print-on-demand (POD) and made specifically for each order, processing time (production time) may be longer than traditional retail. We offer free shipping on most orders shipped within the United States, unless otherwise shown at checkout.
Shipping Locations
This shipping policy applies to orders shipped within the United States.
Standard Shipping Area: Contiguous U.S. (lower 48 states)
Additional Areas (if applicable): Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO may have different shipping costs and delivery times, or may be unavailable for certain products. Eligible destinations and pricing will be shown at checkout.
Delivery Times
Below are estimated delivery times for most packages. Actual delivery time may vary due to production volume, peak seasons, carrier delays, and destination.
Order cutoff time: 5:00 PM, (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York), Monday to Friday Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
Order handling time: 1-2 business days, Monday to Friday. This includes POD production/printing, quality checks, and packaging.
Transit time: 3–5 business days, Monday to Friday, depending on your location and carrier service.
Estimated delivery time: 4–7 business days.
Important POD notes:
During high-demand periods (e.g., holidays, major promotional events), production and carrier transit may take longer.
If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive in multiple packages with multiple tracking numbers.
Carrier Services
We partner with reliable carriers for U.S. deliveries, such as: USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL eCommerce.
Carrier selection depends on package weight, destination, and service availability, and may vary per order.
Shipping Costs
Free Shipping: Order value over $49.00 qualify for free shipping.
Paid Shipping (standard shipping): Shipping cost for orders under $49.00 is $5.95.
Please note: Original shipping fees (if any) are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or when we made an error.
Delivery Issues
If you experience any delivery issues such as delays, missing packages, tracking not updating, or an item marked “Delivered” but not received, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We’re here to assist and will work with the carrier to investigate.

The shipping address
Tracking number(s)
Photos (for damaged packages/items), if applicable
Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional reshipping fees may apply.
